  • Perry Street Festival in Markets
     18 May 2012

    Where:  Perry Street (Smith St end), Collingwood VIC

    When:  Sunday 20th May from 10am to 4pm or so

    In conjunction with Friends of the Earth, we will be attending the above street market on Sunday. It should be loads of fun with plenty of quality stalls on hand, many with an enviro focus. I'm told there will also be musical acts and guest speakers..... sounds interesting!

    We will be bringing some slightly scuffed liquid soap bottles to clear... great value for those who love our product and don't mind scratched bottles!

    We do update our market lists from time to time - nothing is written in stone. Please check regularly as sometimes things change! Currently we are planning to have a stall at the following markets (unless it is teaming with rain).   • June Markets in Markets

    Having attended the Mansfield bush market on Easter Saturday, and the Healesville Craft market on Sunday 1st May, we are in full 'market-mode' so it's time to head back to Yea on Saturday 5th May. The weather has been wonderful, typical of Autumn, though the early morning starts are beginning to get chilly.

    Our natural liquid soaps are proving to be one of the most popular items sold, and make a great gift for mothers day. The current scents available in liquid soap are blue gum, orange ylang, may chang, mandarin lime, lemon tea tree and of course, the old-time favourite of lavender.

    We always have cute fruity wedges on hand, as well as the ever-practical soap kebabs - now with round pebbles and wedges added for interest. Don't forget we also have plenty of luxurious olive oil and beeswax soaps which are creamy and quite long-lasting.

    We will be attending the following June markets and hope to see you there:

    • Yea (Station Street) - Saturday 4th June
    • Healesville (Healesville Racecourse) - Sunday 5th June
    • Mansfield - Saturday 11th June
    • Twig and Bloom Boutique Market (St Joseph's Hall, Benalla) - Saturday 18th June

    Market News!

    We have decided to squeeze in a couple of markets prior to Christmas. Please come visit us at our stall if you can:

    1 December - Suzuki Night Market at the Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne, from 5.30pm to 10.30pm

    4 December - Yea Country Market, Historic Yea Railway at Station St, Yea, from 7.30am to 2pm

    We thought this would be a good opportunity to launch some new products, including our lemon tea tree liquid soap and hanging soap beads, all coming to our website over the next two weeks so you won't miss out!
