Shipping Methods:
We use Australia Post and local courier services for shipping. Orders are carefully and securely packaged so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Goods ordered for Australia should arrive with in 10 working days.

Delivery Charges:
For all orders within Australia a flat P&H rate of $12.00 applies.
Free Delivery if you order over $200 worth of products. 
As our way of saying thank you for placing a large order, you will receive free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Free shipping is for Standard Australia Post within Australia only.
 
International orders:
On international orders the shipping is calculated after the order is placed. The correct total will then be sent to you, and payments can be made by direct bank transfer.
 
Refund and Return policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase, however if our soap or other products don't meet your expectations, then please email us explaining your concern and including your order invoice number. All claims must be notified and authorised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods returned for credit must be approved prior to return. We will either replace the product or refund your money at your request (less postage costs).
